Features a top section with two extended side panels or "wings" equipped with heavy-duty Velcro strips. This design allows the bag to be securely wrapped or "docked" onto other gear, belts, or perhaps even clothing.  A central snap button secures the main flap. The fabric is a "crinkly" cotton canvas, known for its durable yet lightweight properties, giving the bag its signature textured appearance.
